Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Private Equity Analyst. Beyond the numbers, this role requires high-level coordination. You will support deal origination, perform deep-dive due diligence, and work closely with senior team members to drive investment decisions. A critical component of this role is Stakeholder Management; you will act as a communication bridge, translating complex data into actionable insights for our clients (search funds, serial acquirers) and maintaining professional dialogue with target sellers and brokers.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Investments, Private Equity, and Finance
• Proficiency in Financial Modelling and Analytical Skills
• Ability to perform detailed due diligence and market research
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, is preferred
• Relevant work experience in financial analysis or private equity is a plus
