Job Description

We are seeking a highly accomplished, client-focused individual to join our Private Wealth team as a Private Banker or Senior Private Banker. The ideal candidate will be a true entrepreneur within the firm, responsible for managing and significantly growing a portfolio of HNI/UHNW client relationships, delivering customized, 360-degree wealth solutions.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

1. Client Relationship Management & Wealth Planning

  • Holistic Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of HNI/UHNW client portfolios, understanding their financial goals, risk appetite, and entire family/corporate structure.
  • Relationship Deepening: Cultivate and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with existing clients to maximize client retention and overall wallet share.
  • Customized Strategy: Develop and execute tailored financial and investment strategies, aligning client objectives with comprehensive product suite.
  • Service Excellence: Ensure a best-in-class, seamless client experience, acting as the primary point of contact for all financial needs and queries.

2. Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Acquisition: Proactively identify, prospect, and onboard new HNI/UHNW clients to expand the book of business and contribute significantly to AUM (Assets Under Management) growth.
  • Cross-Selling: Effectively cross-sell a wide range of products across various asset classes, including Mutual Funds, Fixed Income, Structured Products, Real Estate, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and Lending Solutions.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned targets for revenue generation, new client acquisition, and AUM growth in line with organizational goals.

3. Investment & Product Expertise

  • Market Acumen: Stay abreast of global and domestic financial market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes to provide informed, timely advice.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the Research, Investment, and Product Specialist teams to ensure optimal product selection and execution of investment strategies.
  • Compliance: Adhere strictly to all internal compliance policies, regulatory guidelines, and KYC/AML procedures.
