Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Priority Client Acquisition professional. The primary responsibilities include identifying and acquiring high-potential clients, delivering personalized banking services, and enhancing the client experience. The role requires developing and nurturing strong customer relationships and ensuring their financial needs are met effectively while aligning with the bank's goals and standards. You will collaborate with other teams to provide seamless and premium services to priority clients.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with high-value clients and foster relationships
• Experience in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Proficiency in understanding and enhancing customer experience through tailored solutions
• Ability to work collaboratively, meet challenging targets, and prioritize client needs
• Prior experience in sales or client acquisition, preferably within the financial services sector
• Knowledge of financial products and services, with the ability to provide tailored advisory solutions
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
