Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create test cases from business requirements
- Ensure adherence to QA processes and standards
- Review content for accuracy, grammar, and brand consistency
- Validate creatives (banners, videos, print) against specifications
- Track, document, and resolve defects
- Collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
- Support QA planning, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring
- Translate QA issues for both technical and non-technical teams
- Flexible to work across timelines
Required Skills:
- 2+ years in quality control (print, video, digital)
- Strong English communication, grammar, and attention to detail
- Experience in QA standards, methodologies, and tools
- Expertise in email and ad unit testing; cross-browser/platform testing is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Positive, results-driven attitude with strong communication skills
