Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Print Designer. The Print Designer will be responsible for developing innovative print patterns, creating designs tailored to Suta's brand ethos, and collaborating with the team to ensure alignment with the company's vision. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing and designing prints for textiles, coordinating with production teams to bring designs to life, and contributing to branding initiatives through creative design solutions. The role involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables that resonate with Suta's artistic sensibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Print Design and Textiles with a strong understanding of traditional weaving techniques
• Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, with an ability to create visually appealing and innovative designs
• Familiarity with Branding and creating designs that align with a brand's identity and storytelling
• Detail-oriented, creative thinker with excellent conceptualization and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in relevant design tools and software
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Fashion, or a related field
• Experience working with artisan or craft-based industries is an added advantage
• Ability to adapt to a creative, fast-paced work environment and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
