The RoleWe are looking for someone who sees the whole picture before anyone else does. You are the person who can take a marketing goal, visualize the creative execution in your head, break it down into actionable briefs, and guide the video and graphics teams to bring it to life.
You are not just an ideas person. Ideas are cheap. You are someone who thinks in outputs: what does the final piece look like, what does it communicate, how does it move the needle. You can sketch a storyboard, write a content brief, art-direct a shoot, and review edits, all in the same day.
You do not sit back and wait for creative to come to you. You drive it. You spot what is working in the market, bring fresh concepts to the table, and know exactly how to adapt them for the audience and platform. Strategy and execution live in the same brain for you.
What You Will Work On• Develop creative concepts and visual strategies for campaigns across video, social, and digital channels
• Create detailed briefs, mood boards, storyboards, and references for the video production and graphics teams
• Guide and art-direct the graphics and video teams through execution, ensuring the final output matches the vision
• Identify content opportunities by studying market trends, competitor activity, and platform-specific best practices
• Own the creative calendar: plan what gets made, when, and why
• Review and provide feedback on all creative output before it goes live
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure creative strategy aligns with business goals and campaign performance
What We Are Looking For• A strong visual eye: you instinctively know what looks good, what communicates clearly, and what will stop someone from scrolling
• Experience guiding creative teams (video editors, motion designers, graphic designers) through a project from concept to delivery
• Ability to think in campaigns, not just individual posts. You see the bigger picture and plan accordingly.
• Hands-on capability: you can jump into Canva, Figma, or any design tool to mock up an idea when needed, not just describe it verbally
• Understanding of how different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, web) require different creative approaches
• Strong communication: your briefs are clear, your feedback is specific, and your team never has to guess what you mean
• Self-starter who brings ideas to the table without being asked
What This Role Is Not• This is not a role where you just come up with ideas and pass them along. You will own the execution from concept to final output.

• This is not a role for someone who waits for a creative brief to land on their desk. You will write the brief.
