Principle Devops Professional

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Principal DevOps/SRE Engineers to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess extensive expertise in Azure cloud services, containerization technologies, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD practices. This role is critical for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure and deployment pipelines within a distributed systems environment. You will be instrumental in driving our DevOps and SRE initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure on Azure.
• Architect and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes (K8s), Docker, and Helm, specifically within Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and other automation tools like Ansible to provision and manage infrastructure efficiently.
• Implement and optimize robust CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub, Jenkins, etc., ensuring automated and efficient software delivery.
• Drive the adoption of DevOps best practices, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles, and cloud-native solutions.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Implement and manage monitoring and logging solutions using tools like Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Azure Monitor to ensure proactive issue detection and resolution.
• Proactively identify and troubleshoot complex issues in distributed systems, performing root cause analysis and implementing preventative measures.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and architecture, to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior team members.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: 10+ Years of experience in DevOps/System Administration roles, with at least 3 years in senior or lead positions.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Mandatory Key Skills (with minimum experience):Azure Cloud Services: Strong proficiency (10+ years), including compute, networking, storage, and identity management.
• DevOps Principles & Practices: 10+ years.
• Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS): Expertise (5+ years).
• Terraform (IaC): Strong hands-on experience (5+ years).
• Kubernetes (K8s), Docker, Helm: Expertise (5+ years).
• Infrastructure Management/IaaS: Extensive experience (10+ years).
• CI/CD: Solid experience with CI/CD concepts and tools like GitHub, Jenkins.
• Scripting & Automation: Proficient in scripting and automation using languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Monitoring & Logging: Experience with tools such as Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Azure Monitor.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in distributed systems.
• Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
