Principal & Vice Principal

The Principal & Vice Principal / Professor is responsible for leading and managing academic and administrative functions of the institution. The role involves supervising teaching activities, mentoring faculty, ensuring high-quality education, and maintaining effective communication across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic leadership and administrative management for the institution.
• Supervise teaching staff and monitor the quality of instruction.
• Mentor and guide faculty members to enhance teaching effectiveness.
• Ensure smooth execution of academic programs and curricula.
• Maintain discipline, foster a positive learning environment, and manage student development.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee compliance with educational standards and institutional policies.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Postgraduate (P.G.), B.E., or M.E.
• 1012 years of teaching experience.
• Strong command over English communication (spoken and written).
