Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with extensive experience in pre-sales solutions (RFPs / RFIs) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing enterprise grade Application Development (AD) & Application Maintenance Services (AMS) solutions that meet our clients business objectives. Additionally, the candidate will play a crucial role in the pre-sales process by providing technical expertise and guidance to potential clients, helping to shape and deliver winning proposals.
- 15-20 yrs. of IT experience into pre-sales solution development around Application Development, Application Maintenance and Transformation opportunities.
- Experience in broad range of technology, programming languages, frameworks, and tools across various domains to effectively create technical solutions and commercial proposals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and objectives and develop technical and commercial proposals for large sales opportunities (RFPs, RFIs, RFQ etc.)
- Work closely with Sales, Delivery, Competency teams to ensure that proposed solutions are technically feasible and align with industry best practices.
- Understanding of DevSecOps and DevSecOps tool chain and platform (from Requirement to Design, Build and Test, Deployment, Operations & Monitoring)
- Experience into Cloud Technologies and Platforms
- Understanding of Automation Tools, ML / AI / Analytics concepts to identify use cases and associated solutions
- Excellent Oral and written skills to present proposals clearly and persuasively.
- Lead CXO / VP level workshops / presentations
- Experience in Agile & Collaborative Development Practices
- Nice to have knowledge around Digital Transformation and associated aspects of hybrid environments, cloud native, IaaC, Security, SRE, Data & Analytics, RPA, AI/ML and impact of these key transformation drivers on SDLC / Enterprise IT teams
