ABOUT THE ROLE
The Principal Solution Consultant is the deepest subject-matter expert in Virtuos's Creatio practice — the person clients trust to design transformational CRM and No-Code programmes, and the person internal teams turn to when the architecture question is hard. You combine Creatio's full platform depth with business architecture instincts and AIVelocity integration expertise to design solutions that deliver measurable, lasting value.
You are fluent in Creatio Studio's No-Code process designer, its business rule engine, its AI/ML capabilities, and its integration framework. You understand how to design industry-specific applications on Creatio — for Sales, Marketing, Service, HR, FinTech, and Operations — and how to layer AIVelocity's intelligence capabilities to create AI-native solutions that go beyond anything available off the shelf.
You are also a commercial asset — your credibility in client settings accelerates deal progression, reduces technical risk perception, and gives enterprise buyers the confidence to commit to large transformation programmes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead solution architecture for strategic Creatio opportunities: design end-to-end platform blueprints covering data model, process flows, user experience, integration topology, and AI/automation layer.
- Design industry application frameworks on Creatio: Sales CRM for manufacturing and BFSI; Marketing Automation for retail and telecom; Service Management for shared services; HR Ops for enterprise; FinTech workflows for NBFC and insurance; Operations platforms for logistics and real estate.
- Architect AIVelocity integration into Creatio solutions: AI-powered lead scoring, predictive pipeline analytics, intelligent case routing, conversational AI flows, and real-time decision automation.
- Lead proof-of-concept design and delivery for enterprise opportunities: configure representative client environments, populate with sample data, and present to CTO/CIO and business stakeholders.
- Own the technical narrative in RFP/RFI responses: solution architecture, security and data model, integration design, and implementation risk mitigation.
- Conduct executive-level technical discovery workshops: map current-state architecture, identify integration dependencies, and design future-state platform topology.
- Build the Creatio practice solution library: reusable architecture blueprints, industry templates, integration accelerators, and AIVelocity workflow patterns.
- Collaborate with the Implementation team on solution handover: design-to-build documentation, configuration standards, and quality checkpoints.
- Maintain expertise on Creatio platform releases, AI roadmap, and competitive landscape.
- Mentor Solution Consultants and Analysts on architecture patterns and platform depth.
WHAT YOU BRING
Required:
- 7–12 years of experience in enterprise CRM solution consulting, platform architecture, or No-Code/BPM platform design.
- Deep Creatio platform expertise: Studio No-Code, Business Processes, Freedom UI, Section Wizard, Data Models, and platform administration.
- Experience designing multi-module Creatio implementations spanning Sales, Marketing, Service, and Studio.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns: REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, ETL, middleware (MuleSoft, BizTalk, Azure Integration Services).
- Practical knowledge of AI/ML applications in CRM: lead/opportunity scoring, churn prediction, NLP for service, recommendation engines.
- Ability to design complex data models, define object relationships, and plan data migration strategies.
- Excellent communication of technical concepts to non-technical executive audiences.
- B.Tech / B.E. in CS / IT or related technical discipline.
Preferred / Nice to Have:
- Creatio Certified Consultant or Creatio Advanced Certification.
- Experience building industry-vertical applications on a CRM or No-Code platform (Creatio, Salesforce, Pega, Appian, or equivalent).
- Knowledge of AIVelocity or comparable AI-layer product architecture concepts.
- Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP — particularly for Creatio cloud deployment.
- Domain expertise in BFSI, manufacturing, healthcare, telecom, or logistics.

At the Principal level, you design how AIVelocity's AI modules are integrated structurally into Creatio — as native connectors, process automation triggers, and decision engine nodes. You define the AIVelocity integration architecture patterns that the rest of the practice follows.
