Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer who combines deep automation expertise with modern AI and cloud technologies. This role offers the opportunity to architect next-generation QA frameworks, integrate AI-driven validation strategies, and drive quality transformation at scale. You will play a critical role in building intelligent, automated quality systems that directly impact product reliability, release velocity, and customer satisfaction. In your first year, you will lead automation strategy, implement scalable frameworks, and elevate overall QA maturity across teams.

Daily Functions / Responsibilities

  • Design, architect, and implement scalable QA automation frameworks using Python and modern tooling.

  • Lead end-to-end automation strategy across functional, regression, API, and AI-driven testing.

  • Develop intelligent test solutions leveraging AI/ML concepts, prompt engineering, and LLM-based validation approaches.

  • Integrate automation pipelines with CI/CD systems and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).

  • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.

  • Drive test data automation, environment management, and performance validation strategies.

  • Mentor QA engineers and promote best practices in automation, tooling, and quality governance.

  • Continuously evaluate emerging AI and testing technologies to improve efficiency and coverage.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in QA automation design and implementation.

  • Strong expertise in Python-based automation frameworks and related libraries.

  • Hands-on experience with AI concepts, prompt engineering, and LLM-based systems.

  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Strong understanding of automation architecture, API testing, and scalable test strategies.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and debugging skills.

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities across cross-functional teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
