About the Position
We're seeking a talented Generative AI Developer to join our Engineering team. In this role, you'll design, develop, and implement generative AI solutions to solve complex business problems. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform cutting-edge AI technologies into practical, scalable applications.
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
- Design and develop generative AI applications using large language models (LLMs), diffusion models, and other generative AI technologies
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to identify use cases and implement AI solutions
- Fine-tune and optimize models for specific client requirements and use cases
- Implement robust evaluation frameworks to assess model performance and mitigate potential risks
- Create prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate capabilities and gather feedback
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for AI systems
- Stay current with the latest advancements in generative AI technologies and methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related technical field
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)
- Experience implementing LLM-based applications and understanding of prompt engineering
- Knowledge of generative AI concepts, including text generation, image generation, and multimodal systems
- Experience with API development and integration
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex systems
Desired but not required (not needed for every position)
- Master's or PhD in AI, ML, or related field
- Experience with model fine-tuning, RLHF, and alignment techniques
- Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
- Experience with vector databases and embedding models
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their AI/ML services
