About the Role
What You'll Lead
- Architect and own our MicroFrontend Platform using Module Federation and runtime contracts.
- Drive ServerDriven UI (SDUI), design tokens, and lowcode configuration to power multibrand experiences.
- Shape enterprise standards for DevEx, CI/CD, observability, and testfirst engineering.
- Optimize global performance through Edge rendering, SSR/ISR, CDN strategies, and Core Web Vitals SLAs.
- Lead governance across design systems, dependency lifecycles, accessibility, and security.
- Advance AIassisted development, intelligent testing, and automation across the frontend ecosystem.
- Mentor engineers and influence crossorg technology direction.
Responsibilities
- 15+ years in software engineering, including 8+ years in frontend architecture leadership.
- Deep expertise in React/Next.js, TypeScript, Webpack 5 Module Federation, and microfrontend patterns.
- Strong experience with SDUI, Edge computing, SSR/ISR, and performance optimization.
- Proven leadership in CI/CD automation, DevEx tooling, and testfirst culture.
- Advanced knowledge of design tokens, Figma automation, and enterprise component libraries.
- Handson experience with frontend observability, telemetry, analytics, and experimentation frameworks.
- Strong communication and crossteam influence skills.
