In this role, you will drive the architecture and implementation of AWS-based integrations, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce developers, and cross-functional integration teams. You will provide hands-on technical leadership in designing robust, reliable systems while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in AWS services, with strong knowledge of data and AI capabilities, as well as modern integration patterns. A balance of strategic vision and hands-on engineering execution is critical to delivering scalable, resilient, and future-ready solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, Node.js, etc.) with experience building RESTful and event-driven services

  • Strong experience designing and implementing scalable, secure, and highly available architectures on AWS

  • Experience with data storage and processing technologies such as Amazon S3, Redshift, RDS, DynamoDB, Glue, and streaming platforms like Kafka or Kinesis

  • Exposure to modern data and AI ecosystems, including feature stores, vector databases, and LLM-based applications

  • Familiarity with machine learning workflows, including data preparation, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment

  • Experience integrating ML/AI capabilities into applications (e.g., recommendations, intelligent search, forecasting, or anomaly detection)

  • Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and modern deployment methodologies

  • Implement monitoring, logging, and observability frameworks to ensure system reliability and performance

  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and provide accurate effort estimates

  • Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to deliver high-quality solutions

  • Evaluate trade-offs and make data-driven decisions in a collaborative environment

  • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Demonstrate ownership, adaptability, and a proactive approach to solving complex challenges

  • Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Self-starter with a continuous learning mindset, leveraging both successes and failures for improvement

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Minimum Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD)

  • Experience building automated testing frameworks and ensuring high test coverage

  • Relevant AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Data Analytics, or Machine Learning Specialty)

  • Hands-on experience with ML platforms and services such as Amazon SageMaker and Amazon Bedrock

  • Experience with MLOps practices, including model versioning, monitoring, and lifecycle management
