Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Principal SAP PP & QM Business Analyst to lead and deliver end-to-end SAP S/4HANA manufacturing and quality solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM), along with strong integration knowledge across advanced planning and logistics systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design, configuration, and implementation of SAP PP and QM modules in S/4HANA environments
- Drive business requirement gathering, process optimization, and solution blueprinting
- Manage integrations between SAP PP, QM, PPDS, EWM, and other SAP modules
- Support end-to-end manufacturing, quality processes, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as functional lead in workshops, UAT, go-lives, and post-implementation support
- Provide strategic guidance and best practices for SAP manufacturing and quality solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1014 years of hands-on SAP experience with strong focus on PP and QM
- Solid exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations
- Strong integration experience with PPDS, EWM, MM, and SD
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or production environments
- Excellent business process knowledge and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to lead functional teams and mentor junior consultants
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP S/4HANA certifications in PP/QM or related modules
- Experience working on large-scale transformation programs
- Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery models
