Job Description
The Principal - SAP will play a vital role in our SAP Procurement - Delivery department, taking charge of the SAP Ariba SCC solution's implementation, rollout, and ongoing support. This role demands a strategic approach, involving solution design, effective stakeholder management, and seamless integration with SAP ERP/S/4HANA. Additionally, the Principal will mentor and guide functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment for successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation and rollout of SAP Ariba SCC solutions.
- Design and develop innovative solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and SAP best practices.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
- Integrate SAP Ariba SCC with SAP ERP/S/4HANA systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
- Mentor and guide functional teams, providing expertise and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of SAP Ariba SCC solutions, identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, contributing to the company's knowledge base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a holistic approach to project management.
- Document and communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining data security and privacy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP implementation and support, with a focus on SAP Ariba SCC.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Ariba SCC functionality, integration, and best practices.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities, able to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, particularly in data security and privacy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to stay updated with SAP technologies and trends, ensuring continuous professional development.
