Job Description
As the Principal - SAP, you will play a crucial role in our S4 HANA Functional - Delivery department. Your primary focus will be to oversee the successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA Cloud, ensuring efficient Order-to-Cash sales processes. You will work closely with our team to adopt industry-leading practices and drive digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation project, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to best practices.
- Guide and mentor the project team, providing expertise and leadership in SAP SD processes and SAP Activate methodology.
- Analyze and understand the client's business requirements, offering tailored SAP solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine sales processes, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Ensure data migration and integration with existing systems is seamless and secure.
- Perform configuration, customization, and testing of SAP S/4HANA Cloud SD modules.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, contributing to the company's digital strategy.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP SD consulting, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SD modules, including Order-to-Cash processes.
- Expertise in SAP Activate methodology and best practices.
- Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of successful SAP implementation projects.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to travel as required for project engagements.
- A relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
