Skill-Microsoft Dynamics Solution Architect

Role Summary:
We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Solution Architect to lead Presales, RFP responses, and customer pitches across the Microsoft Business Applications stack including Dynamics 365 CRM, Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP), Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot/AI solutions. This is a customer-facing role requiring strong solution design, communication, and storytelling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead RFP/RFI responses, solution architecture, effort estimation, and proposal development, Execution
- Design end-to-end solutions across Dynamics 365 CRM, Business Central, Power Platform, and AI
- Create presales pitch decks, demos, and solution narratives aligned to business outcomes
- Participate in customer discovery workshops and executive solution presentations
- Support Sales teams in deal qualification and solution positioning
- Propose AI and Copilot-enabled use cases for automation and productivity
- Define high-level integration, security, migration, and governance approaches
- Clearly articulate risks, assumptions, dependencies, and delivery approach in proposals
- Define Go to Market solution Offerings, support Market Campaigns and Lead Generation
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics / Business Applications
- Strong architecture knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Service, Dataverse, Power Platform)
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP – Finance focused)
- Hands-on or presales experience with Azure, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Strong experience in enterprise RFPs, proposals, and presales solutioning
- Understanding of integrations, APIs, data migration, and security models
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Services
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have:
- Microsoft certifications (Dynamics / Azure / AI)
- Experience with ERP–CRM integrations
- Exposure to AI-led digital transformation initiatives
- Experience supporting large or complex enterprise deals
