Are you passionate about building world-class SaaS products that drive business transformation We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the roadmap and execution of our core eProcurement solution within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) ecosystem.

This is a key leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of innovation, strategy, and execution ensuring that every product decision enhances customer success and business growth.

What You'll Do-

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment across Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams.

Drive data-informed decisions by analyzing performance metrics, customer feedback, and market insights.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to translate customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements.

Conduct industry and competitive research to identify opportunities in the Hospitality Procurement space.

Champion a product-led growth mindset, driving innovation and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

8+ years of experience in enterprise software, including 6+ years in Product Management (B2B preferred).

Proven success in launching innovative SaaS solutions and driving adoption.

Strong communication skills able to engage both business and technical audiences.

Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.

Expertise in agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Aha!

A proactive, hands-on, and self-driven approach to product ownership.

Experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Hospitality Technology is a strong plus.
