This is a high-impact, co-founder-level product leadership role focused on building an AI-powered platform that transforms how legal and HR teams operate globally. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and strategy to execution and delivery, in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment. The role sits at the intersection of AI, product-led growth, and workflow automation for complex enterprise use cases. You will work directly with senior stakeholders, including legal, HR, and compliance leaders, to deeply understand real-world problems and translate them into scalable product solutions. Operating in a distributed, global team, you will be expected to move fast, make strong product decisions independently, and continuously ship value. Accountabilities
- Own the full product lifecycle end-to-end, including discovery, ideation, design, specification, delivery, and outcome tracking in a high-speed execution environment.
- Define and execute product-led growth strategies, including onboarding flows, activation loops, usage signals, and self-serve expansion mechanisms.
- Design and drive integrations with external systems (e.g., CLMs, HRIS, document management tools), including API contracts, data models, and permission frameworks.
- Conduct continuous product research through user interviews, workflow mapping, competitive analysis, and market sizing to inform roadmap decisions.
- Engage directly with legal, HR, and compliance leaders to extract insights from real workflows and convert them into product requirements.
- Collaborate across distributed teams to ship features quickly, iterate based on feedback, and remove unnecessary complexity.
Requirements
- Strong technical foundation with the ability to read code and reason about system architecture, APIs, and data models.
- Proven product management experience, ideally in AI, SaaS, or enterprise workflow-heavy environments.
- Strong product intuition with the ability to move from problem framing to wireframes and shipped solutions independently.
- Experience building product-led growth systems, including onboarding, activation, and usage-based expansion signals.
- Fluency with AI-native tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude or similar) and comfort integrating them into daily product workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable product decisions.
- Ability to translate complex real-world business processes (HR, legal, compliance) into structured product logic and workflows.
- Excellent communication skills, high ownership mindset, and ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Nice to have: prior founder experience, exposure to legal or HR domains, or experience designing enterprise integrations and system architectures.
