About The Team & Role
We grow Swiggy through simple, effective, and gamified growth journeys. As a Principal Product Manager, you will build products that bring more transacting users to Swiggy and convert and retain them across Food, Instamart, and Dineout. You'll work with Design, Analytics, Engineering, and PMM to test ideas quickly, keep what works, and scale it. You will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring seamless, engaging experiences that drive growth on the platform. This is a leadership role that demands strategic thinking, crossfunctional collaboration, and a passion for creating innovative, highimpact product experiences at scale.

>Define and own the longterm vision, strategy, and roadmap to increase transacting user base across Food, Instamart, and Dineout.
>Build features that directly influence how users discover, fall in love with, and stick with Swiggy.
>Run fast, small experiments; learn quickly; scale winning ideas into simple, reusable inapp experiences.
>Build and evolve growth building blocks with the speed and agility of growth hacking.
>Work closely with business stakeholders to define key problem areas and identify solution directions using data and onground insights.
>Navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive alignment across multiple teams and functions to deliver impactful outcomes.
>Collaborate with worldclass peers across product, design, engineering, marketing, and AI.
>Manage and mentor product teams, and foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and customer obsession.
What qualities are we looking for
>7+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in B2C products.
>Proven track record of driving measurable growth (activation, engagement, retention, or revenue).
>Hands-on experience with product-led growth , from identifying levers to executing high-velocity experiments. Passion for building innovative digital experiences that delight users.
>Deep consumer empathy - you can understand motivations, anxieties, and triggers that drive behaviour.
>Data-driven mindset - fluent in funnels, cohorts, A/B testing, and product analytics.
>Experimentation DNA - you're comfortable shipping quickly, learning fast, and iterating relentlessly.
>Exposure to AI-powered products or a strong interest in leveraging AI for personalisation and growth.
>Strong collaboration and storytelling skills to align teams around growth priorities.
