We are seeking an experienced Principal Product Designer to join Josys. In this role, you will lead the design of impactful, user-centered solutions for our digital products. Responsibilities
- Lead the design process, delivering storyboards, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and detailed visual specifications.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
- Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency and scalability across products.
- Advocate for user experience improvements by integrating feedback and aligning with business goals.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives, fostering a culture of design excellence within the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 7+ years of experience in product or service design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual and interaction design.
- Proven ability to influence product strategy and execute complex design projects from concept to completion.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, including accessibility and inclusive design.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and familiarity with technical constraints across platforms.

- Short design task and/or live design session.
- Final interview with our Senior Leadership.
