Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred
8+ years of product management experience within financial services
Strong understanding of financial markets and operational workflows
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proven experience in process mapping, problem discovery, and workflow design
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive stakeholder alignment
Strong track record of owning product strategy, vision, and execution
Experience managing product roadmaps, delivery governance, and global dependencies
Ability to translate insights into prioritized backlogs and measurable outcomes
Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams to deliver production-grade solutions
