Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Handle allocated Luxe customers independently and drive design-to-order conversion.

• Conduct detailed client consultations to understand lifestyle needs, spatial constraints, budgets, and luxury aspirations.

• Create design layouts, 3D views, and material selections that balance aesthetics, cost, and execution feasibility.

• Own multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely design sign-offs.

• Present designs persuasively to customers and close design iterations efficiently.

• Work within HomeLane systems, modules, and pricing frameworks.

• Coordinate with project managers and execution teams for accurate design handover.

• Proactively upsell premium finishes, accessories, and modular enhancements.

• Ensure zero-defect designs by following HomeLane technical and quality guidelines.

Key Skills & Capabilities

• Strong hands-on designing capability with a luxury residential sensibility.

• Customer-facing confidence and solution-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work with constraints of cost, timelines, and standard modules.

• High proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or equivalent tools.

• Detail-oriented with strong ownership of outcomes.

Experience & Qualifications

• 6–14+ years of experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or high-end commercial interiors.

• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture; postgraduate qualification preferred.

• Proven experience handling marquee or ultra-premium projects.
