Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Principal Interior Designer based in Mumbai. The Principal Interior Designer will lead design projects, manage end-to-end planning and execution, and collaborate with clients to align project outcomes with their vision and goals. Daily tasks include creating innovative interiors, developing construction drawings, overseeing space planning initiatives, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. The role requires expertise in managing FF&E specifications and liaising with contractors and vendors for project success.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Space Planning and experience with Interior Design
• Strong knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings
• Expertise in Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) design and selection
• Ability to lead and manage diverse teams to complete design projects
• Excellent project management, communication, and client engagement abilities
• Familiarity with design software and emerging industry trends
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• 10+ years of relevant experience in interior design and project leadership
