Role: Project Coordinator
Location: Bangalore
Who are we looking for
An experienced Project coordinator to lead and manage a project for one of our clients. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in administration and migration.
Technical Skills
- Mandatory:
- Minimum 8 Years Experience in Project coordination or Project support
- Good knowledge on Change, Incident & problem management
- Manage the app packaging requests through its entire lifecycle
- Lead a team of 10 coordinators. Prior experience as team lead preferred
- Monitor & review the request and update the status to user on daily basis with ETA
- Build relationships with the user to quickly understand requirements and business objectives
- Coordinate with packaging team for package creation and monitor the SLA as well to complete the task.
- UAT will be followed up with client for sign off, if user faces issue while testing same will be coordinated between & Packager.
- After UAT Sign off from business, coordinate with deployment team to deploy the package into prod environment
- Preparing SOP and creating KB article for newly found issues.
- Updating daily task in SharePoint tracker at the end of the day.
- Managing the crisis situations and work under pressure to resolve the problems.
- Experience in Incident, Problem and Change Management process
- Experience in any ticketing tools like SNOW, ITSM etc.
- Good to have Minimum 2 years Experience in APPV Management console (virtualized application) for Physical & Virtual environments.

- Work as Team Leader and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
- Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
- Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
Qualification
- Flexible in supporting any shifts ( 24/7) Including Night Shift.
- Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
