Role: Project Coordinator

Location: Bangalore

Who are we looking for

An experienced Project coordinatorto lead and manage a project for one of ourclients.The Individual shouldbe passionate about technology, experienced inadministration and migration.

Technical Skills:

• Mandatory:
• Minimum 8 Years Experience in Project coordination or Project support
• Good knowledge on Change, Incident & problem management
• Manage the app packaging requests through its entire lifecycle
• Lead a team of 10 coordinators. Prior experience as team lead preferred
• Monitor & review the request and update the status to user on daily basis with ETA
• Build relationships with the user to quickly understand requirements and business objectives
• Coordinate with packaging team for package creation and monitor the SLA as well to complete the task.
• UAT will be followed up with client for sign off, if user faces issue while testing same will be coordinated between & Packager.
• After UAT Sign off from business, coordinate with deployment team to deploy the package into prod environment
• Preparing SOP and creating KB article for newly found issues.
• Updating daily task in SharePoint tracker at the end of the day.
• Managing the crisis situations and work under pressure to resolve the problems.
• Experience in Incident, Problem and Change Management process
• Experience in any ticketing tools like SNOW, ITSM etc.
• Good to have Minimum 2 years Experience in APPV Management console (virtualized application) for Physical & Virtual environments.

• Work as Team Leader and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
• Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
• Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.

Qualification:

• Flexible in supporting any shifts( 24/7) Including Night Shift.
• Education qualification:B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
