Teaching & Training
- Conduct lectures, clinical discussions, and practical sessions for UG (MBBS) and PG students.
- Teach residents and interns during their clinical rotations.
- Develop students knowledge, clinical skills, and professional attitude.
- Organize departmental academic activities, seminars, workshops, and CMEs.
- Guide postgraduate thesis and research projects.
Research & Publications
- Carry out original and innovative research work.
- Publish research papers as per NMC guidelines (minimum required publications for Associate Professor and above).
- Promote research culture within the department.
Departmental Administration
- Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the department.
- Manage academic schedules and curriculum implementation.
- Supervise Senior Residents, Demonstrators, and junior faculty.
- Maintain departmental records and statutory compliance.
