Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Principal at Gurukul Sherghati, located in Sherghati. The Principal will oversee the academic and administrative functions of the school, provide strategic leadership, and ensure adherence to education standards and regulations. Responsibilities include managing and supporting faculty, staff, and student development; implementing curriculum and education programs; fostering a positive and conducive learning environment; coordinating with parents, school board members, and other stakeholders; and ensuring that institutional goals are met.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills
- Experience in education administration and curriculum development
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities
- In-depth knowledge of educational policies, standards, and best practices
- Proficiency in strategic planning and decision-making
- Teaching experience and a commitment to professional development
- Master's degree in Education, School Leadership, or a related field
- Previous experience as a Principal or in a similar leadership role in educational settings is preferred
