Job Description: We are looking to hire an experienced Female Principal for a CBSE/ICSE residential school, who can lead the school operations in line with the vision and mission of the organization, thus ensuring high levels of parent satisfaction and enable the centre to be profitable on sustainable basis.

Responsibilities:

• A School Principal is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, academic programs, and overall management of a residential school. Their duties include ensuring the academic success of students, maintaining a safe and supportive environment, managing staff, and promoting the well-being of students living on campus. The principal also collaborates with parents, teachers, and administrative staff, develops school policies, coordinates extracurricular activities, and ensures compliance with educational standards and regulations. They are key in creating a positive and nurturing atmosphere for both academic and personal growth.

Required Candidate profile

-Post Graduation with B.Ed

- 10-12 years of work experience in academics with minimum 4 - 5 years of work experience as a principal in a reputed educational institution.
