Study Global PV for making refrigeration cycle variants based on performance standards/requirements for different regions while considering cost targets
Responsible for VRF cycle development, closely collaborate with other teams to conduct cycle design, validation, and verification
Follow new product development process to conduct VRF cycle design, lead team to deliver all cycle design technical documents
Establish and update VRF cycle standard
Participate in VRF product cost reduction, maintenance, and continuous improvement activities
Participate in troubleshooting to address customer complaints
Participate in product benchmarking activity
Track VRF product development trends, follow company VRF roadmap
Participate in VRF product-related technology study together with advanced development team
Set the annual performance target and key focus in alignment with the supervisor
Conduct the performance review as scheduled
Create a personal annual training plan to improve competence
Requirements
Mandatory
Bachelor's degree in either Refrigeration, Thermal Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
10 years of work experience in HVAC company VRF development
Experience in VRF cycle control
Capable of understanding and defining Refrigeration cycle control logic
Capable of cycle design performance optimization
Familiar with VRF product performance standard for India and other markets
