Job Description

Perform analysis and design of structural steel systems for industrial and building projects
Develop calculation models, perform structural analysis, and prepare detailed engineering reports
Design in-situ concrete and steel structures in compliance with international standards, especially Eurocodes
Review and approve steel workshop drawings, erection drawings, and general arrangement (GA) drawings
Carry out connection design and calculations using tools such as IDEA StatiCa
Utilize structural analysis software such as STAAD Pro, RFEM, ETABS, Robot, and FEMdesign
Support development of efficient structural design methodologies and best practices within the team
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment of structural design with overall project requirements
Work on international projects, ensuring adherence to global design codes and standards
Use tools like MS Excel for engineering calculations and data analysis
Provide inputs for design optimization and cost-effective engineering solutions
Assist in mentoring junior engineers and contribute to team development
Ensure high-quality deliverables including design calculations, reports, and drawings
Apply basic BIM and modelling tools such as Tekla, Revit, and AutoCAD for coordination and design support
Maintain effective communication with internal teams and stakeholders
