Principal Engineer
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Create full-chip emulation and FPGA prototype models for advanced automotive SoCs
- Develop test sanity suites to validate emulation models with integrated transactors and memory models
- Implement automation tools and scripting flows to simplify emulation usage
- Collaborate globally to drive innovation and improve emulation methodologies
- Provide training and mentorship to engineers to increase productivity and ensure quality
- Coordinate with R&D teams including Design, Verification, IP, Validation, and Design Enablement
- Drive SoC verification using Hardware Assisted Verification (HAV) platforms
- Execute and develop system-level scenarios and test plans using emulation/prototype platforms
- Interface with EDA vendors to adopt next-generation emulation technologies
