The Oracle HCM Practice within CSS focuses on delivering high-impact Human Capital Management solutions using Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS and Oracle Fusion HCM. The team combines deep functional expertise, technical excellence, and advisory capabilities to support customers across their HCM lifecycle-from implementation and optimization to cloud transformation and managed services.
Job Summary
The Principal Oracle HCM EBS & Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant serves as a trusted advisor and solution authority for Oracle HCM implementations and support engagements. This role blends deep functional knowledge with hands-on technical expertise to design, implement, integrate, and maintain Oracle EBS HRMS and Fusion HCM solutions aligned with business and Oracle best practices.
You will work directly with customers to translate HR and payroll business requirements into scalable, secure, and supportable Oracle solutions, while also guiding customers through their HCM optimization and cloud journey.
