Principal / Director

The Principal / Senior Teacher is responsible for leading the academic and administrative functions of the school while ensuring high-quality teaching standards. The role involves supervising teachers, managing school operations, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the school's academic and administrative activities.
• Supervise and mentor teachers to ensure effective teaching and curriculum delivery.
• Develop and implement school policies, programs, and procedures.
• Monitor student progress and implement initiatives to improve learning outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with educational standards and maintain a safe and productive learning environment.
• Act as the key liaison between staff, students, and parents.
• Oversee school events, extracurricular activities, and operational management.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Postgraduate with B.Ed or M.Ed.
• 5–7 years of teaching experience in a reputed school.
• Minimum 1–2 years experience as a Principal or in a leadership role.
