Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve highly complex issues related to Oracle Database and Exadata Cloud environments.
Work directly with customers to provide expert-level support and technical consultation.
Participate in shift rotations and weekend support schedules.
Serve as Situation Manager for critical customer incidents, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
Contribute to product quality improvement, testing, and automation tool development.
Participate in developing and enhancing internal AI and generative automation tools.
Provide mentorship, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing within the team.
Create and review Knowledge Articles, improving the My Oracle Support (MOS) knowledge base.
Contribute to Oracle Support Database Communities through active engagement and expert insights.
Proactively identify process improvements and best practices to enhance support efficiency.
Consult with customers and management on advanced product use and complex deployments.
Develop utilities, scripts, and automation to increase team productivity.
