Key Deliverables:

1. Lead development and implementation of computer vision algorithms for rail component detection and measurement
2. Optimize algorithms for high-speed, real-time performance
3. Collaborate across teams to integrate computer vision solutions into products
4. Conduct research to stay updated with advancements in computer vision and deep learning

Role Responsibilities:

1. Develop and optimize computer vision algorithms using Python/C++ and deep learning techniques
2. Provide technical guidance to a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers
3. Design and implement synthetic data generation and AI annotation pipelines
4. Work with cloud platforms (GCP/Azure/AWS) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
