What You'll Do
- Lead AI solution development to power next-gen cybersecurity products.
- Manage and mentor a team of data scientists and engineers.
- Design, implement, and deploy Generative AI models across NLP, image, and video domains.
- Translate business needs into actionable data science requirements.
- Drive project goals, timelines, and outcomes.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security.
- Promote data science best practices and innovation.
- Monitor progress, identify improvements, and make data-driven decisions.
What You Bring
- 10+ years in data science, including 2+ years leading product-focused teams.
- Deep expertise in Generative AI, foundation models and data.
- Demonstrated experience managing and growing a team of Data Scientists/ML Engineers.
- Excellent Python programming skills and experience with relevant data science libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Excellent AWS skills
- Experience with model fine-tuning, RAG, Transformers, LLMs, and vector databases.
- Familiarity with tools like Langchain, LlamaIndex, Pinecone, ChatGPT, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI.
- Proven IC experience in ML/DL model building and data visualization.
- Proficiency in Python and AWS ML services.
- Experience with ML platforms (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and ability to learn fast.
- Strong data engineering skills; Shell scripting, Hadoop, Spark, Scala are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to deliver results and influence stakeholders at all levels.
