Reporting and insights specialist
In this role you have to play a critical role in building and supporting the development of business intelligence tools that will produce high-quality people insights, innovative analysis, and data solutions in HCM domain to enhance key Business stakeholders%27 data literacy and analytics capabilities to support decision making for our client. This role is expected to manage/support projects/programs in support of key large projects and provide ad-hoc projects support across the wider team as well as the production of cross-functional dashboards and/or reports when appropriate.
Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of an exceptional partner service by implementing strategic reporting insights through self-service and automated solutions, ensuring compliance with data privacy and internal processes.
Maintain 100% compliance with established processes, while actively reducing the number of outstanding tickets and ad-hoc requests.
Design, build and document standardized reporting & dashboarding solutions & offer, with proactive approach fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration within the team, listening our partners and their needs
Drive continuous improvement, innovation and contribute to team initiatives for efficiency gains, simplify & enhancement the user experience.
Drive the capability building of our partners around reporting & data.
Connect & partners with other companies and workday & analytic user group to win and develop new solutions .
Serve as a subject matter expert on the Workday platform performing administrative functions including business process administration, security, and Integration support.
Leading the functional reporting as a thought leader and trusted expert to deliver strategic outcomes and business value, providing analytical reporting and insight support.
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to influence and drive acceptance of change across the organization.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualification
Advance knowledge in Workday HCM or Service Now HRSD reporting and visualization tools (ability to keep informed about leading edge technologies and their application to workforce metrics)
Strong understanding of data structures and reporting within HR domain.
Ability to leverage Workday/Service Now Community for innovative ideas and best practices.
Knowledge of industry best practices adopted by other customers
Strong analytical skills and critical thinking with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information from different sources with attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient in creating Workday Custom Reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) and Dashboards.
Skilled in implementing report security, including:
Defining field visibility for specific security groups.
Managing report sharing and securable items (Fields, Calculated Fields).
Familiarity with Workday Prism (nice to have).
From Service Now perspective the candidate should be
Proficient in creating reports, dashboards
