Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant_ Workday Functional

Responsibilities

• Maintains the strategic roadmap for Workday and ensures demand is managed appropriately based on defined service level goals for operational support

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications

• Responsible for project and release management for Workday functionality and implementations including tenant management

• Supports the business on all Workday escalations, change management and continuous process

• Configure Workday modules, including business processes, security, notifications, and reports.

• Leads and manages the functional process/ design

• Resolve Workday tickets, Develop and deploy Workday enhancements

• Lead the design, development and implementation of Workday solutions to meet the client%27s needs

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualification

• Strong hands-on experience as a Workday Functional Consultant.

• Strong expertise inWorkday HCM,Talent Management,Absence Management, andSuccession Planning.

• Experience with Workday business process configuration, reporting, and security setup.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Workday certification(s) in relevant modules is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Workday HCM Implementation and Support

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

• Experience in global ERP rollouts and multi-country implementations.
