The Solution Analyst is responsible for understanding business requirements, analyzing processes, and designing efficient, scalable solutions that meet organizational needs. This role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and successful delivery of solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and clarify business requirements while analysing existing systems and workflows to identify improvement opportunities.

• Translate business needs into detailed functional and nonfunctional requirements and ensure clear communication between stakeholders and technical teams.

• Design scalable, feasible solutions aligned with business objectives, preparing supporting artifacts such as process flows, use cases, wireframes, and technical specifications.

• Support development and QA throughout the project lifecycle by clarifying requirements, validating solutions, and participating in UAT/SIT to ensure acceptance criteria are met.

• Drive stakeholder alignment by communicating progress, risks, and issues, and facilitating workshops, meetings, and walkthroughs to ensure shared understanding.

• Identify gaps and inefficiencies to recommend process optimizations, contribute to best practices and standards, and monitor postimplementation performance for continuous improvement.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, with strong knowledge of the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.

• Strong understanding of software development processes, systems, and architecture.

• Ability to create workflows, diagrams, and wireframes using tools like Visio, Lucid chart, or Figma.

• Proficiency in requirements management and documentation.

• Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, data flows, and integration concepts (preferred).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to translate complex ideas effectively.

• Ability to work Cross functionally and manage multiple priorities.
