Principal Consultant – Salesforce Revenue Cloud

The Principal Consultant – Salesforce Revenue Cloud will lead and deliver customized Salesforce solutions aligned to client business needs. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, designing and implementing Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions, and managing end-to-end project delivery. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients while ensuring best practices are followed. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi, requiring collaboration with internal teams and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and Salesforce CRM
• Strong skills in Business Process Analysis, Solution Architecture, and Project Management
• Experience in Configuring, Customizing, and Integrating Salesforce platforms
• Analytical skills for evaluating business needs and designing scalable solutions
• Proficient in Technical Documentation, User Training, and Post-Implementation Support
• Understanding of data migration, security design, and system performance optimization
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant are highly desirable
• Prior experience in cross-industry consulting or digital transformation projects is an advantage
