Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant-Salesforce AgentForce Developer (Sales, Service, Einstein & Data Cloud)
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce AgentForce Developer with deep expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Einstein AI, and Data Cloud. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and integrating intelligent, data-driven Salesforce solutions that empower business teams with actionable insights, automation, and seamless customer experiences.
As a Salesforce developer, you will take end-to-end ownership of your product in a modern DevOps culture. You will be responsible for the design, development, testing and operations, and deliver incrementally in iterative cycles. You will have an Agile mindset and keen interest in software engineering across a range of technologies.
Responsibilities
.Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions leveraging AgentForce (AI-powered automation and insights)
.Implement and customize core Sales and Service Cloud functionalities such as Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Cases, Entitlements, and Knowledge.
.Build and optimize Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, Flows, and integrations
.Leverage Salesforce Einstein AI for predictive analytics, opportunity scoring, case routing, and automated insights
.Integrate and unify customer data using Salesforce Data Cloud for advanced segmentation, audience activation, and personalization
.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver AI-driven customer journeys and sales productivity tools.
.Ensure high code quality, performance, and maintainability through CI/CD and DevOps best practices using tools like Azure DevOps, Git, and Jenkins.
.Partner with architects and data engineers to enable real-time data pipelines between Salesforce and enterprise data platforms
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
.Minimum qualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
.Relevant hands-on experience in Salesforce development and implementation
.Proven expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow automation
.Strong experience with Einstein AI features such as Prediction Builder, Next Best Action, and Einstein Bots.
.Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion, identity resolution, and segmentation
.Familiarity with AgentForce features (AI Copilot, workflow orchestration, and automation through generative AI)
.Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, integration patterns, and middleware to
.Experience with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD platforms for deployment automation
.Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications required Data Cloud Consultant or Einstein certification preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
.Experience implementing AI-driven automation and conversational experiences in Salesforce.
.Working knowledge of Data Cloud's Customer 360 and Identity Graph capabilities.
.Familiarity with advanced analytics tools (Einstein Discovery, Tableau CRM).
.Exposure to Experience Cloud and integration with external AI or data platforms.
.Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to translate business challenges into scalable Salesforce solutions.
