Roles & Responsibilities:
Requirements management and discussion with clients and Understand Client Objectives
Elicit customer requirements using different tools like interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis and workflow analysis.
Translate customer requirements and business needs into application and operational requirements
Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers, analyze functional requirements, and deliver Business Requirements Document including process flows, wireframes etc.
Be the liaison between the business units, and technology teams.
Collaborate with development team and subject matter experts - Successfully engage in multiple engagements simultaneously
Manage and drive the consulting team of 5-10 people
Define the process and tool/technologies for Consulting team
Understand the latest technologies, benefits of implementing the same for better speed and quality.
Skills Required:
Strong analytical skills required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience evaluating technology/product options
Experience with BPMN Tool, MS Visio, Axure, Proto.io, Draw.io, JIRA etc.
Proficiency in office tools (e.g. MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Strong experience with stakeholders management
Engineering/Consulting experience with a successful track record
Data/PIM/MDM basics (good to have)
