Job Description

Operate independently to deliver high-quality consulting and implementation services across Oracle Identity and Access Management (IDM) solutions.
Apply strong understanding of solutions, industry best practices, business processes, and technology designs within the Oracle product family.
Perform varied and complex tasks requiring independent judgment to implement Oracle products and technology in line with customer needs.
Utilize Oracle methodologies, company procedures, and leading practices throughout project delivery.
Architect and design technical solutions for customer engagements in the Identity and Access Management domain.
Lead end-to-end Oracle IDM implementations including installation, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
Provide expertise across multiple Oracle IDM products such as OIM, OAM, and OUD, ensuring secure and efficient access management.
Define and document high-level and low-level technical designs to support project execution.
Integrate and onboard applications, ensuring adherence to authentication, authorization, SSO, and LDAP best practices.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues on the OIAM platform in a timely manner.
Collaborate with stakeholders to provide solution recommendations and ensure successful delivery outcomes.
Contribute to continuous improvement through technical innovation and best practice implementation.
