Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, Oracle EBS Technical Consultant
Lead Oracle EBS Technical Consultant with strong hands-on development expertise and a solid understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite processes. The ideal candidate will lead technical development, support critical business operations, and collaborate closely with functional, onshore, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
.Lead and deliver Oracle EBS technical development across R12.2.11 environment.
.Design, develop, and support RICEFW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, Workflows).
.Provide technical expertise across Oracle EBS modules including OM, AR, INV, PO, Costing, BOM, AP and IBY.
.Support and optimize end-to-end business processes such as Order to Cash (O2C) and Supply Chain.
.Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
.Monitor and resolve scheduled job failures and production issues.
.Work in SLA-driven support environments and manage tickets efficiently.
.Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
.Create and maintain technical documentation and solution design artifacts.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices and coding standards
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications:
.Relevant years of strong Oracle EBS Technical experience.
.Minimum years of hands-on development in Oracle EBS R12.2 or above.
.Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX Shell Scripting, Oracle Workflow, and SQL.Loader, RDF reports, XML Reports, Oracle Forms.
.Strong experience in Oracle EBS performance tuning.
.Hands-on experience with core Oracle modules:
oOrder Management (OM)
oAccounts Receivable (AR)
oInventory (INV)
oPurchasing (PO)
oCosting
oBills of Material (BOM)
oAccounts Payables (AP)
oPayments (IBY)
.Experience working in production support and ticketing environments.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor%27s degree in computer science or related field
. Experience working with e-commerce platforms and integration tools.
. Background in manufacturing, retail, or high-tech industries.
. Knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP is a plus.
