Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Engage business partners to gather requirements and translate functional needs into technical/functional specifications for Oracle Fusion SCM solutions.
Provide customer service support including tracking incidents, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex and critical cases.
Take ownership of customer issues and follow through on all assignments.
Consult with management to direct resolution of critical customer situations.
Facilitate knowledge transfer through team training sessions and creation/review of Knowledge Articles.
Stay up to date on Oracle SCM advancements and recommend best practices and continuous improvements.
Contribute to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing team culture.
