Role: Principal Consultant (Life Insurance & Annuities Domain Consulting with Actuarial and Compliance Expertise)
Location: Hyderabad/Pune (Onsite-No Remote, this role needs travel as per project needs)
Experience: 11+ Years
Qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Mandatory skills: Life Insurance & annuity+ Taxation & Compliance rules +Conversion and Migration +At least one Policy administration system
Mandatory Skills:
- Deep knowledge of Life Insurance products (Term, Whole Life, Indexed, Flexible) and Annuity products.
- Strong technical skills in actuarial modeling, reserving, valuation, and reporting.
- Familiarity with US Taxation & Compliance rules (7702, 7702A, 101(f)).
- Expertise in requirements gathering, creating specification documents, and functional design.
- Ability to analyze and resolve policy value and compliance calculation mismatches.
- Experience in prioritizing production compliance issues and driving resolution.
- Strong leadership skills to manage client meetings, stakeholder communication, and guide teams.
- Ability to create spreadsheet-based calculation tools for compliance and policy values.
