JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Senior Technical Lead, you will play a critical role in the development, implementation, and support of Oracle Banking solutions, leveraging next-generation architectures. Operating independently or as a technical team lead, you will apply your domain and technical expertise to deliver high-quality, value-based solutions for our financial services clients across the region.
Qualifications & Skills
Mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 612 years of experience in software development, implementation, or support of core banking applications, with at least 3 years in a technical lead capacity.
- Proven hands-on experience with:
- Design, customization, coding, unit testing, and integration using Core Java, J2EE, Microservices, JavaScript, XML.
- Oracle FLEXCUBE or similar core banking products.
- Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database (18c/12c).
- Software deployment and troubleshooting on Oracle Weblogic or equivalent application servers.
- Release management and source control tools.
- Analysis and troubleshooting of Oracle AWR/ADDM reports.
- Strong client interaction, communication, and documentation skills in English.
- Experience leading teams of 510 resources through various SDLC phases.
- Willingness to work offshore, travel to client sites, and operate in rotational shifts as per project needs.
Good-to-Have
- Exposure to DevOps tools, testing tools, and software development best practices.
- Knowledge of Oracle OBIEE Reports, BI Publisher, Oracle Fusion SOA Suite, or other middleware solutions.
- Familiarity with banking technologies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- FLEXCUBE technical certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities
- Lead or support technical teams on development, implementation, migration, testing, and managed service projects for Oracle FLEXCUBE or other core banking applications.
- Analyze business requirements, design and implement technical solutions, and ensure adherence to project schedules and standards.
- Develop, customize, and test software programs according to Oracle or client specifications.
- Coordinate and collaborate with onshore/offshore stakeholders to drive project deliverables.
- Monitor and track issues, manage release cycles, and ensure compliance with Oracle and client change control, audit, and quality standards.
- Prepare clear project documentation, status reports, and ensure timely handover or knowledge transfer on project completion.
- Ensure proper completion and submission of required operational documentation, timesheets, and expenses.
- Foster effective client communications through presentations, solution demos, and stakeholder interactions.
