Job Summary
As a Senior Technical Lead within the Banking Consulting Europe team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade Core Banking solutions for leading financial institutions. You will lead technical teams, engage directly with clients, and ensure successful delivery of Oracle banking applications, driving value with your technical expertise and domain knowledge across the project lifecycle
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
6-12 years experience in technical consulting with at least 3 years as Team Lead in development, implementation, or support of core banking applications (e.g., Oracle FLEXCUBE).
Proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, Microservices, JavaScript, XML working knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database (12c/18c).
Hands-on experience with Oracle WebLogic Application Server and troubleshooting techniques.
Solid understanding of software development processes, release management, and source control tools.
Client-facing consulting, documentation, and communication skills in English.
Ability and willingness to work onsite or offshore, including rotational or shifting schedules.
Experience with DevOps tools, testing frameworks, and deployment automation.
Exposure to OBIEE, BIP, Oracle Fusion SOA Suite, and middleware technologies.
Familiarity with banking domain concepts, latest industry tech trends, and regulatory frameworks.
Oracle FLEXCUBE certifications proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel/PowerPoint).
